      Are there any VISA or Passport requirements?
      All Indian nationals will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from departure date. VISA requirements vary from country to country.  We'll be happy to give you the appropriate information about Visas once you have finalized your booking.

      How far in advance should we begin planning tour for our group?
      Planning a successful tour takes time.  It all depends on the destination chosen, number of travellers in your group, and kind of services you choose.  For example, a small 15-member group to the Far East could be organized in 5-6 days, whereas for a 300-member conference movement (where top-of-the-line effects may be required), a lead time of 4-5 months is recommended.  Usually the earlier you book the better it is for preferred hotel and airlines seat availability.  Though it is not uncommon for large movements to be booked a year in advance nowadays.  We recommend a minimum of 2 months for an average sized tour.
